Strong change management and user adoption experience Experience supporting demand planning and forecasting processes Day to Day Insight Global is seeking an SAP Manufacturing & Production Planning Functional Specialist II to support the rollout and continuous improvement of

SAP S/4HANA

Manufacturing and Production Planning capabilities across the manufacturing sites. This role partners closely with Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams, as well as Production, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and SAP technical teams, to deliver end-to-end planning and execution solutions. Responsibilities include ensuring master data readiness, supporting planning strategy alignment, coordinating end-to-end testing, and executing cutover and hypercare activities to stabilize operations post go-live. The specialist will support planning and execution integrations, enable user adoption through training and documentation, and contribute to KPI definition and continuous improvement initiatives. This role plays a critical part in improving production feasibility, schedule adherence, supply-demand alignment, and overall customer service levels in a regulated, ITAR-controlled environment.

Compensation:

$150,000 to $160,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
