Job Description:

Senior SAP Security Analyst $130,000 - $150,000 Base + Bonus and Benefit s Greensboro, NC | Hybrid (4 Days Onsit e) We're partnering with a well-established global organisation seeking a Senior SAP Security Analyst to take ownership of SAP security, governance, compliance, and access controls across a complex enterprise environme nt. This is an opportunity to join a business that views security as a strategic function rather than an operational necessity. You'll play a key role in strengthening controls, improving visibility, supporting audit readiness, and helping shape the future direction of SAP security across the organisat ion. What You'll Be Doing Design, build, and maintain SAP roles and authorisations across multiple SAP enviro nmentsAdminister user access, provisioning, and security governance pro cessesIdentify and remediate Segregation of Duties (SoD) con flictsSupport internal and external audits, including SOX compliance acti vitiesLead user access reviews and recertification pro cessesCollaborate with SAP Basis, functional, and development teams on security-related initi ativesMonitor security logs, audit trails, and access co ntrolsDrive continuous improvement of SAP security standards, policies, and proc eduresAssess and rationalise existing role structures to improve security and effi ciencyPartner with business and technology stakeholders to strengthen governance and access management fram eworks What We're Look ing For 6+ years of SAP Security ex perienceStrong experience with SAP role design, authorisations, and user admini strationHands-on experience with SAP GRC Access ControlDeep understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) and access go vernanceExperience supporting SOX compliance and audit ac tivitiesKnowledge of SAP ECC, HANA, BW, Fiori, and NetWeaver envi ronmentsStrong stakeholder management and communicatio n skills•Ability to identify risks, challenge existing processes, and recommend impr ovements Highly Desirable SAP GRC Access Control expertiseSAP Fior i Security
