We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business Intelligence Analyst. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and has proven experience in integrating into the client's solution and strategy. The role requires the ability to analyze complex data and work with large, complex datasets (big data) to uncover trends and actionable insights. Understanding core client challenges to provide solutions through business intelligence and data, and identifying opportunities to drive business decisions and strategies. Key Responsibilities Develop reporting for a variety of stakeholder levels, from daily operational tasks to executive Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) Apply data analysis to dig into raw data and surface actionable insights in support of business growth and key company decisions Develop a thorough understanding of the customers' business, technical environments, needs, and constraints to effectively provide solutions Integrate, model, and transform data from multiple sources to support reliable analysis and reporting Analyze large, complex datasets (big data) to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights Ensure reporting accuracy through data validation, quality checks, and ongoing monitoring of data integrity Document requirements, data definitions, and reporting solutions to support scalability and knowledge transfer Qualifications 3-5+ years of technical industry experience with demonstrated experience as an Analyst or related role Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field Proven experience delivering end-to-end reporting solutions Strong data analysis skills with large, complex datasets (big data), with the ability to identify trends and actionable insights Expertise in understanding business processes and defining business, functional, and technical requirements Demonstrated experience with data analysis, process design, modeling, and user experience Proficiency in BI and analytics tooling, including Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Power Platform Demonstrated ability to wow stakeholders by providing exceptional experiences Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences Comfortable in a high-paced and dynamic team environment Benefits Company-sponsored Health, Dental, and Vision (HDV) insurance, 401(k) with match, Flex PTO, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and optional supplemental benefits designed to support your well-being and success EOE | Disability/Veterans
