ERP System Analyst

Our client designs, develops, and manufactures military products all around the world! They are now seeking an ERP System Analyst! In this role you will be collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in creating and maintaining process maps. Working closely with the Project Management team in providing regular updates on project updates to Senior Leadership Team.

A typical day may include:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document ERP business requirements for all end-to-end processes in the business Conducting in-depth analysis of ERP systems and identifying opportunities for improvement Creating and maintaining process maps and work instructions to support communications, training, and change management initiatives Analyzing manufacturing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending process improvements Utilizing Infor CSI Syteline ERP expertise to support and enhance ERP system functionalities Acting as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment across the organization Providing regular updates to the ERP Project Manager and assisting with project progress tracking Supporting end-users and training initiatives to drive ERP adoption and efficiency Experience in supporting projects with multiple vendors on a project as part of the ERP program model. Our client is looking for an ERP System Analyst. This dynamic role supports a company that designs, develops, and manufactures military products worldwide, known for their innovative solutions and commitment to excellence. As an ERP System Analyst, you will be a crucial part of the team, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize ERP processes, improve system functionality, and support project initiatives. You will analyze manufacturing workflows, create process maps, and support system enhancements using Infor CSI Syteline ERP, while also providing training and ensuring smooth ERP adoption across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting system analysis, creating process documentation, and supporting multiple vendors during ERP projects. You will act as a liaison between IT and business units, deliver regular project updates to senior leadership, and support reporting efforts using Power BI for key business functions such as Sales and Finance.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. Hybrid with 2-3 days onsite.

Required Skills, Education and Experience:

Proven experience with ERP systems, specifically Infor CSI Syteline, supporting end-to-end process improvements Strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks and recommend process enhancements Experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar ERP support role Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendor partners Excellent communication skills for training, documentation, and stakeholder updates Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Think you know someone who'd be perfect for this role?
