Consultant Edison, NJ ( Onsite) Key Responsibilities This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT leadership, and support teams, ensuring seamless execution of sales order processing, pricing, allocation, ATP, shipping, billing, EDI integrations, and customer fulfillment processes. Service Delivery & Operations Manage day-to-day SAP AMS operations and support activities. Ensure adherence to contractual SLAs and KPIs for incident, problem, and change management. Monitor ticket queues and drive timely resolution of Priority 1 4 incidents. Conduct regular service reviews with client stakeholders. Provide leadership during critical production issues and business disruptions. Ensure smooth month-end, quarter-end, and year-end business processes. Team Management Lead onsite and offshore SAP support teams. Manage resource planning, workload balancing, and skill development. Governance & Compliance Track SLA, KPI, and operational metrics. Prepare and present service dashboards and executive reports.
