Full-Time Compensation:
$65,000 - $85,000 + Comprehensive Benefits A rapidly growing manufacturing organization is seeking an ERP Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize critical business systems across operations, supply chain, inventory, finance, and customer management functions. This is a highly visible role that will lead ERP initiatives, support business process improvements, ensure data integrity, and serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex operational challenges, improving workflows, and driving successful system implementations in a manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Lead ERP implementation projects from planning through deployment and post-launch support Configure, maintain, and optimize ERP system functionality Manage and maintain master data including inventory, BOMs, customers, vendors, pricing, and related records Conduct data audits, cleansing, validation, and migration activities Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Production, Finance, and Customer Service teams to identify business requirements and improve processes Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operational decision-making Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and validation activities Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and system documentation Train end users and provide ongoing ERP support Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, reporting capabilities, and workflow automation Assist with ERP upgrades, integrations, and future system enhancements What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of ERP administration, ERP implementation, business systems, or data management experience Experience supporting manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, distribution, or production environments Strong understanding of ERP data structures, business processes, and system workflows Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or large-scale system enhancements Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with data migration, system integrations, and process improvement initiatives preferred Preferred Experience ERP experience within manufacturing, nutraceutical, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, or consumer products environments Experience with DEACOM or other manufacturing-focused ERP systems Knowledge of inventory management, production planning, quality systems, and supply chain operations Why Join Us?
