We are seeking an

SAP HANA

Functional Consultant - Sales to support sales and customer-facing business processes across retail stores, e-commerce platforms, and omnichannel operations. The consultant will play a key role in designing and optimizing order management, pricing, promotions, billing, and customer fulfillment processes within

SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements related to retail sales operations. Configure and support SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes.

Manage and optimize:

Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes Sales Order Management Pricing and Promotions Billing and Invoicing Returns and Refunds Customer Master Data Support omnichannel sales processes integrating stores, e-commerce, and fulfillment operations. Configure pricing procedures, discount structures, promotional campaigns, and customer-specific pricing. Work closely with merchandising, inventory, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless process integration. Develop and support sales performance reports, dashboards, and analytics. Participate in system testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support. Identify opportunities for process automation and operational improvements. Required Skills Strong expertise in SAP SD and Order-to-Cash processes. Experience with retail sales operations and omnichannel business models. Knowledge of pricing, promotions, returns, and customer management processes. Understanding of

SAP HANA

reporting and analytics. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of SAP SD consulting experience. Experience supporting retail or consumer-facing organizations.

SAP S/4HANA

Sales certification preferred.
