U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders only No C2C, H1B, OPT, CPT, or third-party candidates Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Reporting Analyst to support sales reporting, dashboard maintenance, and data validation activities. This role will focus on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of recurring and ad hoc reports that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and Power BI skills, experience working with large datasets, and a proven ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies while maintaining high-quality reporting standards. Responsibilities Build, maintain, and update Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements. Perform data validation and reconciliation across multiple data sources to ensure accuracy and consistency. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles. Maintain Excel-based reporting tools, including large datasets, formulas, pivot tables, and data transformations. Prepare and distribute sales performance reports for leadership teams. Support ad hoc reporting requests related to sales, territory, customer, and performance data. Identify, investigate, and escalate data quality issues as needed. Conduct routine audits of reports and datasets to maintain data integrity. Update sales hierarchy, territory alignment, and organizational changes within reporting systems. Collaborate with Sales Operations, Analytics, and IT teams to validate data inputs and outputs. Follow established reporting processes, governance standards, and documentation practices. Assist with maintaining reporting documentation and workflow procedures. Required Qualifications Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and large dataset management. Hands-on experience with Power BI, including report creation, dashboard maintenance, and basic data modeling. Experience performing data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance checks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to manage recurring deliverables and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Sales Operations or sales performance reporting. Exposure to commission reporting, territory management, or field sales analytics. Familiarity with SQL, Azure, or enterprise data environments. Experience with auditing, reporting governance, or data quality processes.
