This role will help marketing and product teams evaluate retention, engagement, customer behavior, and growth trends through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate is skilled in SQL, Excel, Tableau, A/B testing, and storytelling with data. Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end business intelligence analyses, insights, scenarios, and recommendations. Create dashboards, scorecards, reports, presentations, and data assets that help leaders make informed decisions. Analyze retention, engagement, marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer behavior trends. Evaluate A/B test results, identify patterns, and recommend next steps for continued testing and improvement. Measure and present the incremental impact of marketing tactics, including offers, campaigns, and product initiatives. Develop scalable data pipelines and help improve long-term reporting and analytics capabilities. Share insights across teams and contribute ideas that strengthen the analytics organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data science, technical project management, or a related role. Strong SQL skills. Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools. Strong Excel skills. Knowledge of A/B testing, statistical methods such as t-tests and Chi-squared tests, and modeling. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong attention to detail, curiosity, resourcefulness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, and experience in subscription services, growth marketing, retention, or engagement analytics.
