6 months+ Contract - W2/C2C Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle PaaS & SaaS Administrator with 10+ years of overall IT experience and a minimum of 5 years managing Oracle Fusion SaaS and Oracle PaaS environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, security, integration, and operational support of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and Oracle Cloud Platform services across multiple environments. Key Responsibilities Oracle SaaS Administration Administer and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including HCM, SCM, and Financials , across Development, Test, and Production environments. Manage user provisioning, role assignments, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls, including HCM security, access governance, and privilege management. Coordinate and execute SaaS environment refreshes, quarterly cloud patching activities, and release management processes. Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs), monitor Oracle Cloud updates, and coordinate cohort changes and patch scheduling. Ensure compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards. Oracle PaaS Administration Administer and support Oracle Cloud Platform services, including: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) Process Cloud Service (PCS) Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) / Autonomous Database Monitor system health, availability, and performance, implementing proactive measures to ensure platform stability. Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and capacity planning for Oracle PaaS services. Ensure high availability and operational excellence across all cloud environments. Integration & Identity Management Manage and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations between Oracle Fusion applications, on-premises systems, and third-party applications. Ensure seamless data flow and application connectivity across SaaS, PaaS, and external systems. Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations involving Oracle Fusion, OIC, and VBCS. Support identity and access management initiatives to maintain a secure cloud ecosystem. Governance, Security & Compliance Implement and enforce Oracle Cloud security best practices. Maintain audit readiness through proper documentation, access reviews, and compliance controls. Collaborate with business, security, and infrastructure teams to support governance and risk management objectives. Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years focused on Oracle Fusion SaaS and Oracle PaaS administration. Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (HCM, SCM, Financials). Hands-on expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), VBCS, PCS, and Autonomous Database (ATP). Experience managing user security, role-based access control, and SoD compliance within Oracle Fusion. Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud quarterly patching cycles, environment refresh processes, SR management, and release planning. Experience configuring SSO integrations and identity management solutions. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting large-scale enterprise Oracle Cloud implementations. Knowledge of cloud security frameworks, governance, and audit compliance requirements. Oracle Cloud certifications in SaaS, PaaS, OIC, or Security are highly desirable.
