Job Description
Are you an analytically-minded individual looking for a new challenge in the exciting world of hospitality? At Hilton Grand Vacations, we are committed to providing world-class vacation experiences and seek a dedicated Analyst Reporting Revenue to join our team. This outstanding opportunity lets you play a pivotal role in our Yield Management team. You will ensure accurate reporting and analysis in a fast-paced, inventory-limited timeshare environment. Es Essential Job Functions:
Produce and distribute recurring operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to support decision-making processes. Validate data accuracy and reconcile discrepancies across various data sources to maintain the integrity of our reporting. Maintain and improve Power BI dashboards using certified datasets to provide clear and actionable insights. Analyze trends and variances related to occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and inventory utilization to find opportunities and risks. Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests with mentorship from senior team members, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information. Document report logic and metric definitions to ensure clarity and consistency in our reporting processes. Identify data issues and bring them up appropriately to ensure data quality and reliability. Represent the Hilton Grand Vacations Values of Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Collaboration, Responsibility, and Now. Complete all required Company training and compliance courses assigned.
