Position Overview This role is critical to ensuring seamless system connectivity across the enterprise utility landscape and requires strong expertise in SAP IS-U
integrations, enterprise architecture, data flow management, and cross-platform solution delivery. The consultant will support the design, documentation, testing, and execution of integrations between SAP IS-U and a broad ecosystem of enterprise applications including Billing, FICA, CRM, Device Management, EDM, Work Management, Finance, external market systems, and third-party technologies. interface definitions and load in BTP Interface documentation Functional interface mapping Process flows Support integration architecture across: SAP IS-U
Billing FICA Device Management Customer Service CRM EDM Finance Work Management GIS AMI / Smart Meter systems External payment platforms Regulatory systems Coordinate design, configuration, and delivery of: APIs Middleware solutions Batch interfaces Real-time integrations File-based exchanges Web services In SAP BTP, SAP PI/PO
Support data mapping, transformation logic, and reconciliation Work closely with: Functional teams Technical developers Middleware teams Infrastructure teams Business stakeholders Participate in: Unit Testing SIT UAT Defect resolution Deployment Hypercare Monitor integration deliverables for quality and completeness Manage integration work plans and milestone deliverables Support cutover planning and enterprise migration readiness Troubleshoot cross-system data flow issues Ensure integrations comply with: Security standards Regulatory requirements Utility operational standards Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder approvals Required Qualifications Mandatory:
Previous Public Utility industry experience (required) 5-7+ years of SAP IS-U
integration or enterprise systems integration experience Strong experience with: SAP PI/PO SAP BTP
Integration architecture SAP IS-U
