Columbus, OH 6 months contract Role Description This is a contract, on-site Syteline Functional Consultant role based in Columbus, OH. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design Syteline (Infor CloudSuite Industrial) configurations that support operational and financial objectives. Daily tasks include conducting workshops with business users, translating functional requirements into system specifications, and supporting system setup, testing, and user training. The role involves troubleshooting functional issues, coordinating with technical teams on enhancements or integrations, and documenting processes, configurations, and best practices. The consultant will also help optimize existing Syteline modules, recommend process improvements, and support change management and post-implementation stabilization. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements, interpret data, and design effective Syteline solutions. Excellent communication and consulting skills to collaborate with stakeholders, lead workshops, and present recommendations clearly. Proven experience in business process analysis and optimization, preferably within manufacturing, distribution, or related industries. Working knowledge of finance and related processes (e.g., GL, AP, AR, costing) in an ERP context. Hands-on experience as a Syteline (Infor CSI) functional consultant or ERP functional analyst is strongly preferred. Ability to create documentation, test scripts, and training materials, and to support user acceptance testing and go-live activities. Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Comfort working on-site in a client-facing environment and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
