  • Perform hands-on setup within the ERP, including business process definitions, condition rules, and functional security roles.
  • Collaborate with developers to provide clear specifications for integrations, data conversions, and custom reports. You speak both "user" and "coder."
  • Build and demonstrate "Proof of Concept" configurations in the Sandbox environment to show business units how their future workflows will look. 3) Testing & Quality Assurance
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and lead Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Identify, track, and resolve functional bugs. Ensure that a change in one module doesn't break another. 4) Implementation & Change Leadership
  • Create user-friendly documentation, "job aids," and video tutorials. Lead "train-the-trainer" sessions for departmental power users.
  • Play a critical role with cutover planning, go-lives, providing "hyper-care" support to ensure business continuity during the transition.
  • Post-implementation, monitor system releases and suggest new features to keep the university at the forefront of ERP technology.
