Power BI Reporting Analyst Location:

Akron, OH or Wallingford, CT Employment Type Full-Time Contract (12 Months) with Potential for Extension or Conversion Overview We are seeking a Power BI Reporting Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and dashboard development efforts within a large project and portfolio management environment. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into actionable insights, helping leadership make informed decisions through data-driven reporting solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong Power BI expertise with the ability to gather requirements, communicate with stakeholders, and develop meaningful reporting that supports business objectives Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports Gather and document business and reporting requirements from stakeholders Create reporting solutions that provide visibility into project and portfolio performance Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Develop and maintain data models and reporting frameworks Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure reporting accuracy and usability Support data quality, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audienc Qualifications 3+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or related roles Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard development and reporting Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience with data modeling, reporting best practices, and visualization techniq Bachelor's degree preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting PMO, project portfolio, or program reporting environment Familiarity with Power Query, DAX, and Power BI data models Experience within utility, engineering, infrastructure, construction, or project-based organizations EEO Statement Eight Eleven Group provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, citizenship, disability, genetic information, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, amnesty or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
