• Time and Attendance The role of a Technical-Functional Systems Analyst at Kronos Auto Time involves supporting the workforce management system including timesheet and time attendance software The analyst is responsible for: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and interpret requirements for Auto Time.

Impact analysis of existing interfaces developed on Auto Time 1.9.4 with

SAP ECC6

EhP 7 after upgrading to Kronos Auto Time 2.0.1. Understanding the existing Auto Time configuration, identify the business gaps, document and remediate accordingly to make compatibleon Auto Time 2.X version Testing the interfaces between Auto Time 2.X and ECC 6EhP 7, coordinating with SAP & Middle teams. Providing day to day operational support and resolving issues in coordination with the team. Creating adhoc queries and scripts to analyse data and support operational requests. Presenting alternatives for requirements and solution design suggesting improvements in business processes. Having manufacturing process knowledge to capture the timebooking on shop floor.

Qualifications typically include:

Min 7 years' experience supporting Kronos Auto Time application. Experience in a manufacturing environment integration with SAP via middleware. Knowledge of Time and Attendance Labor Shop Floor Data Collection and Payroll processing concepts. Experience with project accounting concepts and responding to audit compliance requests.
