223349 Job Description Cintas is currently looking for an SAP Analyst - Level 3 - EDI to support the SAP and non-SAP EDI environment. The SAP Analyst-Level 3 is responsible for: Lead requirements gathering and solution design for SAP and non‑SAP EDI integrations; Collaborate with business partners to analyze current processes and recommend optimized solutions; Evaluate system options with respect to risk, cost/benefit, and business impact; Design and implement complex SAP EDI configurations, including full lifecycle delivery; Define and lead end‑to‑end integration testing strategies; Support major and minor releases, including deployment and post‑release validation; Troubleshoot and resolve complex EDI incidents and lead root‑cause analysis; Ensure solutions align with IT long‑term strategy and architectural standards; Maintain high functional competency in SAP EDI capabilities and emerging trends.Skills/Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Business or Technical related field required Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP EDI customer and vendor support Minimum 3 years of experience defining and leading functional and integration testing strategies, including coordination with business and technical teams Minimum 3 years of process improvement experience for operational support systems Experience communicating detailed technical and functional specifications Experience with EDI documents 850 (Purchase Order), 855 (Order Acknowledgement), 856 (Advance Shipping Notification), and 810 (Invoice) Experience with SAP IDoc processing, including creating new and extending EDI IDocs, ALE configurationPreferred:
