Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Experience leading large global business transformation program delivery with proven track record and a deep understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectives Ability to speak business language, guide business counterparts towards the right SAP solution and translate business requirements into technical requirements Experience leading sales opportunities Previous hands-on experience leading a specific functional stream SAP Commodity Management Consultant to Support the implemented SAP Commodity Management solutions. Total 5+ years of experience, where 3 + years of relevant work experience with SAP CM, CPE, Commodity and Risk Management solutions, CTRM and Hedge Accounting The delivery of services will involve solution roadmap development, functional design, and Support of SAP CM, CPE and related modules and processes. Defining, planning, and executing end-to-end Commodity & Risk Management solutions, including transaction capture, risk management, logistics, and accounting. Perform Functional analysis work in support of SAP CM Processes Responsible for requirements gathering and development of functional specs for custom developments Develop proofs of concepts in SAP CM Working knowledge for the integration with SAP modules:
MM, SD, TSW, TRM, FICO
Strong written and verbal communication skills for report writing and client presentations. Effective leadership and teamwork skills. Flexibility in learning new topics, handling change and deadlines. At least five (5) full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager with multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse) A minimum of ten (10) years prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience At least six (6) years experience in proposal and business case development Proven sales experience Ability to articulate the businesses enabled by
