Position Overview The Senior
SAP SD/MM
Analyst is responsible for the design, configuration, and ongoing support of SAP Order-to-Cash (SD) and Procure-to-Pay (MM/WM/EWM) processes. This role ensures business operations run efficiently by delivering scalable, integrated SAP solutions across sales, logistics, procurement, and inventory management. This position works closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to support production systems, drive continuous improvement, and deliver project initiatives that align with enterprise objectives and service level agreements. Key Responsibilities Oversee the collection, documentation, and analysis of business processes across Order-to-Cash (SD) and Procure-to-Pay (MM/WM/EWM). Configure and support SAP SD and MM modules, including integration points to WM/EWM and FI/CO. Lead design, execution, and validation of system testing (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Provide hands-on support for production issues, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution via help desk or direct engagement. Support and enhance SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) processes such as: Order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and customer master data Support and enhance
SAP MM/WM
(Procure-to-Pay & Inventory) processes such as: Procurement, inventory management, logistics invoice verification, MRP, and Warehouse management processes Identify functional gaps and system inefficiencies; propose and implement improvements Recommend best practices and scalable solutions aligned with SAP standard capabilities Participate in roadmap planning, upgrades (e.g., S/4HANA), and transformation initiatives Act as a subject matter expert across SD/MM domain Mentor, guide, and assist in training new or less experienced team members What is expected of you and others at this level In-depth knowledge and experience Uses existing solutions to resolve complex issues Works independently; receives minimal guidance Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience Minimum Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field required 5-10 years of SAP experience in SAP SD and/or MM Proven configuration and support experience in OTC and P2P processes Strong experience in testing, production support, and project delivery Demonstrated experience managing vendor/SI teams and offshore resources. Preferred Qualifications
SAP S/4HANA
experience SAP Stock Room Management experience is a plus Exposure to warehouse optimization, RF solutions, or automation Experience in complex, multi-business unit environments Experience with SAP Activate methodology Experience leading and Supporting SAP projects using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
