Information Systems Group Plex Support Specialist

We are excited to announce an immediate opening for a PC Technician within our Information Systems Group (ISG). The ideal candidate will serve as a primary functional and technical resource for Plex ERP, supporting daily operations, system configuration, user access, and integration initiatives. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, IT, and Engineering teams to ensure Plex is aligned with business processes and continuous improvement efforts. This position will also support integrations and automation initiatives leveraging Plex A&O (Automation & Orchestration) and related manufacturing systems. Responsibilities:

Serve as an administrator and subject matter expert for Plex ERP; Troubleshoot and resolve user issues across multiple departments; Support system upgrades, testing and continuous improvement initiatives; Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Plex; Assist in defining API strategies and system communication workflows; Write and maintain SQL queries for reporting, troubleshooting, and data validation; Support data analysis and reporting needs across departments; Assist with middleware or interface troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with internal controls (JSOX/SOX) and audit requirements; Support connectivity troubleshooting between Plex ERP, shop floor devices, and integration platforms; Other ISG functions as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience); 3+ years of experience with ERP systems (Plex preferred), manufacturing environments, inventory management, ERP workflows, and possess a strong understanding of production processes; Experience with SQL querying and data analysis; Familiarity with user access/security administration

Additional Preferred Skills:

Experience with Plex ERP (UX), Plex A&O, and Cella; ASRA or warehouse automation systems experience; Understanding of EDI transactions (856, 810, etc.), labeling systems and barcode processes; Experience in automotive or Tier 1 manufacturing environments.
