SAP TSW (Trader's & Scheduler's Workbench)

Location :

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP TSW solutions on

SAP S/4HANA

for Oil & Gas Downstream operations. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TSW processes including: Stock Projection Worksheet (SPW) Location Balancing Three-Way Pegging (3WP) Nomination Management Ticketing Planning & Replenishment Functions Configure and manage TSW master data including transport systems, business locations, partner roles, materials, batches, and forecast parameters. Drive integration with SAP MM, SD, PM, Commodity Pricing Engine (CPE), Commodity Management (CWM), and Transportation & Distribution (TD). Analyze and optimize inventory planning, stock projection calculations, nomination lifecycle, and scheduling processes. Define and review functional/technical specifications for enhancements, BAdIs, BAPIs, user exits, and custom developments. Collaborate with ABAP, PI/PO, and SAP BTP teams for integrations with external systems. Engage directly with business stakeholders, lead workshops, gather requirements, and manage end-to-end project delivery.

Required Skills:

Deep expertise in SAP Trader's and Scheduler's Workbench (TSW) on

SAP S/4HANA.

Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas Downstream supply, distribution, scheduling, and inventory management processes. Hands-on experience with SPW, Location Balancing, 3WP, Nomination Management, Ticketing, and Planning Functions. Experience in client-facing techno-functional consulting roles. Understanding of ABAP enhancements, debugging, SAP integration technologies, and cross-functional SAP modules.

Preferred:

Multiple SAP Oil & Gas/TSW implementation or transformation projects. Experience with

SAP PI/PO, SAP

BTP, CPE, and CWM integrations. Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
