In this role, you will harness your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and database management to transform complex data sets into actionable insights. Responsibilities Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to visualize key performance indicators and business metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical specifications for data solutions. Manage end-to-end data workflows including extraction, transformation (ETL), and loading processes utilizing tools like Talend, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and Python. Build and optimize databases using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and other relational database systems; design schemas that support efficient data retrieval and analysis. Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform strategic initiatives. Apply project management principles within Agile frameworks to deliver timely analytics solutions while adhering to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices. Maintain documentation using Visio and other tools to ensure clarity of data architecture, workflows, and processes. Support database design improvements and implement linked data strategies to enhance data connectivity across platforms. Utilize business analysis skills to interpret stakeholder needs and recommend innovative BI solutions that add value. Qualifications Proven experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker; strong proficiency in SQL for querying complex databases. Solid understanding of ETL processes, database design principles, and SDLC methodologies. Hands-on experience with programming languages including Python, R, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell). Familiarity with data integration tools like Talend or similar platforms; experience working with Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server databases. Strong analytical skills complemented by the ability to communicate insights clearly through visualizations and reports. Knowledge of Agile project management practices; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within fast-paced environments. Experience in business analysis to gather requirements effectively and translate them into technical solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail; ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team setting.
