Contract until 05/31/2027 Position Overview The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission is seeking an experienced
SAP BRIM / FICA
Functional Consultant to support the UBOS program. This role involves functional design, configuration, testing, data migration, and post go-live support for
SAP S/4HANA
BRIM and FICA modules. Key Responsibilities Deliver functional design and configuration for SAP BRIM and FICA (payments, dunning, collections, CI/GL integration) Lead functional testing, review scripts, validate results, and resolve defects Support data mapping, conversion, and migration activities Assist in cutover planning and go-live readiness Maintain Azure DevOps work items, documentation, and progress tracking Provide post go-live support including monitoring payment interfaces and resolving issues Collaborate with technical teams on BRF+, event framework, and integrations Ensure compliance with financial controls and reporting requirements Develop detailed functional/technical documentation, test plans, and reports Work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience as a
SAP BRIM
Functional Analyst (CI/FICA) At least one full lifecycle
SAP S/4HANA
implementation Strong knowledge of FICA processes (payments, dunning, collections, open items, CI/GL integration) Experience with BRF+, event framework, and FICA enhancements Familiarity with Azure DevOps or ALM tools Strong documentation, testing, and stakeholder communication skills Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of
SAP BRIM
experience
SAP S/4HANA BRIM
Certifications (BR230/BR234) Experience with SAP enterprise implementations Knowledge of
ITIL / ITSM
