6-12 Months Contract Job Description We are seeking an experienced HR Business Systems Analyst to serve as the liaison between HR business teams and IT. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR processes and functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud. This role focuses on business analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, UAT, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements from HR stakeholders. Analyze and improve HR business processes and workflows. Translate business requirements into functional specifications. Partner with technical teams to deliver Oracle HCM solutions. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and validation efforts. Support change management, user training, and system adoption. Facilitate communication between business users and IT teams. Required Skills 5+ years of Business Analyst experience. 3+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud functional experience. Strong knowledge of Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and Onboarding processes. Experience with requirements gathering and functional documentation. Process mapping and business process improvement experience. UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working with HR, Payroll, and HRIS teams. Preferred Skills Exposure to OTBI and BI Publisher reporting. Experience supporting Oracle HCM implementations or enhancements. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
