Our Team The Capital Planning / Resource Management team is known for dependable delivery, clean data, and clear insights that people can act on. What You'll Do Evaluate and apply AI, Copilot, and Azure-based tools to identify opportunities to automate work and reduce manual effort Build and maintain dashboards, data models, and reporting solutions (primarily in Power BI) to support the MA Gas Business Design and implement automation workflows, apps, and agent-based solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio) Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify needs, and deliver solutions that improve usability and decision-making Own end-to-end delivery of solutions, including development, testing, documentation, and ongoing support Continuously improve existing reports, automations, and tools based on feedback, adoption, and changing business needs Contribute to project planning and delivery, working within Agile or structured team processes as needed About You High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of analytical experience required Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field and 1+ years of analytical experience preferred Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools, especially Power BI, Excel, and SQL required Working knowledge of Python or other data analysis tools preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Azure services preferred Exposure in applying AI and machine learning concepts or tools, within a business setting required Experience working with business systems such as SAP or Maximo preferred Valid driver's license required #LI-AP1 #LI-Hybrid Salary $94,000 - $110,000 a year National Grid utilizes an assessment that evaluates the job qualifications/characteristics using AI or statistically based scoring.
