Role:
Acting as a partner for the evolving LDB Aesthetics business, you will be tasked with building business intelligence products & conduct analyses to empower business decisions within Leadership, Sales Planning, & Sales Operations. This may include analyzing, producing and developing analytics solutions to fulfill business requirements to support the growth of the Aesthetics business
Key Responsibilities:
ANALYTICS PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to monitor key financial metrics, trends, and performance indicators (in some cases, act as Analytics Product Owner•APO) Collaborate with functional stakeholders (global and local) and business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, define KPIs, and ensure dashboards meet analytical needs Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various source systems and databases into Power BI Implement data quality checks and validation procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of reported data Proactively identify areas for improvement and enhancements to existing dashboards and reporting processes Leverage knowledge of analytics trends, best-in-class BI visualizations, technology developments, and best practices to enhance the value of tools and services
ADHOC ANALYSIS & INSIGHT GENERATION
Conduct in-depth data analysis using statistical methods and tools to identify patterns Assist with ad-hoc analysis and reporting, as needed Support the generation of insights from data Translate complex data findings into clear and concise summaries, presentations, and reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
DATA CULTURE
Develop and maintain documentation for all developed dashboards, including data sources, calculations, and business logic Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively utilize and interpret the dashboards Develop and maintain a strong working collaboration with BI Community teams and IT partners within the division and across L'Oreal USA Be a strong contributor to the relevant analytics communities
Skills:
2-4years of experience in Data&Analytics Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI/Looker, Tableau) Experience with GCP a must Strong SQL(Python/R preferred) skills for data extraction and manipulation. Experience with data analysis techniques (e.g., regression, time series analysis). Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Developing project management skills. Nice to have: Experience with GA4, Databricks, Salesforce, Machine Learning / Advanced Statistics As an integral part of our culture at L'Oreal, wellness is at our core.
