This role focuses on building data-driven solutions, integrating multiple data sources, and improving existing applications to meet evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain business applications supporting reporting and analytics Build and manage integrations across applications, databases, and data sources Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Analyze existing systems and recommend enhancements for performance and usability Develop data models, queries, and connections for accurate reporting Ensure data quality, security, and application performance standards Troubleshoot and resolve application, data, and integration issues Document solutions, integrations, and enhancements Support testing, deployment, and user adoption Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience developing business applications and data-driven solutions Strong experience with databases and data integration Understanding of business intelligence and reporting concepts Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Preferred Qualifications Experience with PowerApps or similar low-code/no-code platforms Experience integrating multiple data sources (SQL, cloud, APIs) Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau Experience supporting enterprise or departmental applications Technical Skills Application development Data integration & database design SQL and data querying Low-code platforms (PowerApps preferred) BI & analytics concepts Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication across technical and business teams Ability to manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
