• Job Description This role will help accelerate delivery of key strategic initiatives and support the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Strategy Reporting and Retail Portfolio teams.

The focus is on creating transparency into performance metrics and milestones across various CRE operations. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau is required, along with data analytics experience and experience cleaning and blending large, unique datasets. Business Intelligence Analyst

• Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the CRE Strategy Reporting team and internal clients to manage business intelligence functions
• Tackle ad hoc projects for CRE Leadership and the Executive Committee
• Conduct informal collaboration with the team and perform independent work
• Meet with project stakeholders to gather business requirements and deliver work Business Intelligence Analyst
• Mandatory Skills
• Strong proficiency in Tableau and Excel
• Proficiency in SQL or PL/SQL
• Experience with ETL techniques using Tableau, MS Power Query, or Alteryx
• Experience cleaning, blending, and automating complex datasets
• Ability to build engaging and informative dashboard views in Tableau
• Mix of technical developer skills and applied analytics skills
• End-to-end experience wrangling data and designing dashboards in Tableau Business Intelligence Analyst
• Nice-to-Have Skills
• Familiarity with Real Estate/Facilities applications such as Archibus, CoStar, and Corrigo
• Experience presenting work to leadership audiences
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred
• Master's degree preferred Business Intelligence Analyst
