Job Description

Crocs, Inc. - Business Intelligence Solutions Analyst - Job ID #00084542 in Broomfield, CO. Produce market/business intelligence by querying data repositories, and leverage data analysis and business insights to drive decisions that improve business processes and solution adoption. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. Provide thought leadership in the use of analytics, working to democratize data access and promote data-driven culture across business units. Lead projects and initiatives related to business solution implementations, ensuring clear timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met. Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review. Ensure all solution designs and implementations are properly documented and shared with relevant stakeholders. Act as a subject matter expert, providing training and ongoing support to teams utilizing business solutions. Lead in-depth analysis of business processes, identifying areas for optimization and opportunities to integrate solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness. Develop comprehensive documentation, including process flows, solution designs, and use cases, ensuring alignment with business goals. Partner with key stakeholders across various departments to gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements. Collaborate closely with data engineering, business intelligence, and IT teams to develop integrated business solutions that leverage advanced analytics and data capabilities. Oversee the development and implementation of new solutions, acting as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams. Ensure solutions align with business strategy and deliver measurable value. Provide ongoing support for projects post-implementation, ensuring continuous improvement and addressing any emerging challenges. Partial telecommuting is permitted.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field, or the foreign equivalent, plus two (2) years of experience in a technical consulting, data, or analytics-related role. Must have experience with the following: Working with data to generate Business insights and present findings that support business decision-making and cross-team collaboration. Data analysis and visualization tools including Power BI, Tableau, and SQL (Structured Query Language); ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as SAP or Oracle and cloud-based analytics solutions such as Snowflake; Utilizing Jira to track and report project timelines, progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders; and Gathering, analyzing, and documenting both reporting and technical requirements, and using tools, such as Confluence, to create user stories and technical documentation that guide development efforts. #LI-DNI #CrocsDNP
Salary:
$76,024 to $108,211 per year This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
