Job Description:
Position - Centric PLM Functional Consultant Location - Fairhaven, MA OR US remote with one or two travels per Quarter Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Centric PLM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Product Lifecycle Management processes and hands-on experience in Centric PLM implementation and support. The consultant will work with business and technical teams to gather requirements, configure PLM solutions, support UAT, and drive successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements. Configure and support Centric PLM modules and workflows. Coordinate with business users, product, sourcing, and supply chain teams. Support implementation, testing, UAT, go-live, and production support activities. Prepare functional documentation and provide user training. Work with integration teams for ERP/system integrations. Required Skills 8+ years of PLM experience with minimum 5+ years in Centric PLM. Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, BOM, merchandising, and sourcing processes. Experience in functional configuration, UAT, and stakeholder management. Good communication and client-facing skills. Preferred Experience in Fashion, Retail, Apparel, or Consumer Goods industry. Exposure to ERP integrations such as SAP S/4HANA or Oracle ERP.
