Position Summary We are seeking an experienced DEACOM Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, with a primary focus on DEACOM ERP and integration with SAP and Oracle platforms. This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, operations, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure ERP processes are aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on ERP experience, and the ability to identify process improvement opportunities across supply chain, manufacturing, finance, inventory, and customer service functions. system to ensure optimal performance and business continuity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions. Support integrations and data flow between
DEACOM ERP , SAP
, and Oracle applications. Analyze current workflows, identify system gaps, and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Configure system settings, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user permissions based on business needs. Perform data validation, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution related to ERP transactions and integrations. Support master data management, including item setup, bill of materials, vendors, customers, inventory, and pricing data. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, system documentation, and training materials. Create and maintain reports using SQL queries, reporting tools, or ERP reporting modules. Participate in ERP upgrades, testing, implementation projects, and post-go-live support. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, and regression testing for new enhancements and upgrades. Train end users on ERP functionality, best practices, and process compliance. Partner with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot system interfaces, data migrations, and system enhancements. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal business controls. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field preferred. 3+ years of ERP analyst or business systems analyst experience. Hands-on experience with
DEACOM ERP
required or strongly preferred. Experience with SAP and/or Oracle ERP environments required. Strong knowledge of manufacturing, inventory control, supply chain, purchasing, finance, or warehouse operations. Experience with SQL, data analysis, reporting tools, and system integrations. Understanding of EDI, APIs, database structures, and ERP interfaces preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food production, or distribution industries. Knowledge of business intelligence tools and reporting platforms. Experience with system implementation, data migration, or digital transformation initiatives. Familiarity with change management and process improvement methodologies.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per hour
