2900 Independence Ct, Elkhart, IN 46514. Position permits telecommuting from a home office with occasional visits to Elkhart, IN office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

: Identify critical business questions and areas for improvement to drive effective solutions. Assemble market and product data in a cloud environment, develop the overall cloud architecture, and design transformations to build a data model that will feed to business intelligence presentations Build and maintain a proprietary Power BI web platform to provide near real-time market trends and intelligence, updated on a weekly basis. Aggregate, analyze, and synthesize market and product data into insightful, actionable reports for key stakeholders across the organization. Utilize Python, SQL, and advanced Power BI features to streamline data processing, automation, and visualization. Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows, enhance data aggregation and analysis, and improve the speed and accuracy of insights. Act as the organization s RV market expert, staying ahead of industry trends, competitor analysis, and current macroeconomic conditions and developments. Present findings and recommendations to executives, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to guide strategic decision-making. Conduct training sessions and workshops to onboard and educate stakeholders on using the proprietary platform and interpreting data insights. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment of market intelligence with business goals. Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the organization's market presence and operational efficiency.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Bachelor s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Employer will accept foreign equivalent degrees.

Experience:

In addition to the degree, position requires the following experience: Minimum 5 years of experience with Power BI including building and maintaining complex dashboards and web platforms; Minimum of 3 years in financial services, banking, or a related data analytics, economics and research environment; Minimum 3 years of experience in the RV industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and product trends; Any amount of proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, modeling, and automation; Any amount of experience with AI tools and techniques to streamline workflows and enhance data processing. Any amount of experience with data aggregation, visualization, and predictive modeling.

Certifications:

CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or similar credentials are required. Page Break
