Enterprise AI Adoption Consultant Insight Global - 3.9 Dallas-Fort Worth, TX Job Details Contract $45 - $60 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Knowledge management Stakeholder engagement User training (technical support) Technical user customer support Instructor-led training (training delivery method) SharePoint Leadership Full Job Description A large healthcare client in Texas is seeking a Microsoft Copilot Enablement Consultant to support the continued rollout and adoption of Copilot across the organization. This organization has taken a thoughtful, controlled approach to AI adoption and currently supports ~800 active Copilot users across a 30,000-person workforce. As adoption accelerates, internal demand for training, support, and advanced use-case guidance is outpacing available IT capacity. This role will serve as the front-line resource for Copilot enablement, helping end users maximize value, navigate use cases, and drive responsible adoption across the enterprise.

Knowledge Management Healthcare Experience Key Responsibilities:
1. Copilot Enablement & User Support (Primary Focus) Serve as the primary point of contact ("front door") for Copilot-related questions across the organization Provide training, guidance, and hands-on support to users across business units Deliver both structured and ad hoc training sessions for end users and leadership Support a wide range of stakeholders, including: AVPs, Senior Directors, and VPs Hospital and operational leadership 2. Adoption & Engagement Drive ongoing Copilot adoption efforts across the organization Contribute to and support internal communication channels, including: Copilot microsite content Tips & tricks campaigns Leadership engagement forums Help establish repeatable support pathways for user engagement and requests 3. Use Case Support & Technical Guidance Provide guidance on practical Copilot use cases, including: Integrating Copilot with SharePoint and knowledge repositories Supporting basic workflow automation scenarios Help users move beyond out-of-the-box functionality where appropriate Act as a translator between business needs and technical capabilities 4. Sustainability & Governance Awareness Help mitigate risk of orphaned Copilot workflows and automations Promote best practices for maintainability and ownership Operate within the existing AI governance and security framework
