293437167 Job Description STV is seeking an ERP Systems Analyst to join our corporate Information Technology team. This position is designated as hybrid (3 days week/in office). The preferred office location for this position will be in our Douglassville, PA or Newark, NJ office, but we will consider qualified candidates located within commuting distance of any STV office in the Eastern and Mountain time zones. This position will serve as a primary administrator and subject matter expert for our Deltek Vantagepoint platform. Reporting to the IT Director of Business Systems, this role partners closely with IT, Accounting/Finance, and operational stakeholders to ensure the ERP system remains stable, optimized, and aligned with business needs. This position is responsible for the day-to-day administration, continuous improvement, and long-term sustainability of Deltek Vantagepoint. The ideal candidate brings both technical and functional expertise, enabling them to troubleshoot issues, lead system enhancements, and support evolving business processes across the organization. This is a hybrid role. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary administrator for Deltek Vantagepoint, including system configuration, user access, roles, and security
Provide day-to-day support and tier-3 troubleshooting, resolving system issues in coordination with business users and Deltek support
Lead ERP enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives, including gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and driving adoption
Plan and execute system upgrades, releases, and version updates, including testing, validation, and change management
Partner with Accounting, Finance, and Operations to optimize business processes within the ERP platform
Support and maintain integrations between Vantagepoint and other enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, Power BI, data platforms)
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL, SSRS, and Power BI to support business and financial reporting needs
Ensure data integrity and governance across ERP modules, including project accounting, financials, and resource management
Document system configurations, processes, and enhancements to support auditability and knowledge transfer
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues, evaluate new capabilities, and implement best practices
Communicate system changes, issues, and enhancements clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Support change management processes, including testing protocols, release management, and user communication Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in ERP system administration, with strong preference for Deltek Vantagepoint
Hands-on experience supporting financial modules (AP, AR, GL, project accounting, payroll concepts)
Proven experience managing system upgrades, enhancements, and production support
Experience with ERP integrations and working across interconnected enterprise systems
Strong SQL skills and experience with reporting tools such as SSRS and Power BI
Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
Experience troubleshooting complex system issues and coordinating resolution across teams and vendors
Familiarity with change management and release processes in an ERP environment
AEC industry experience strongly preferred Core Competencies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Compensation Range:
