Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to data accuracy Excellent communication skills, able to speak both "finance" and "systems" fluently and translate between the two Project management skills to manage multiple reporting requests and system initiatives concurrently Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience considered 3-5+ years of experience in an ERP systems analyst, financial systems analyst, or business systems analyst role supporting a finance organization Demonstrated experience designing and building reports/dashboards within an ERP platform, not just running canned reports Experience working directly with Accounting/FP&A teams to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions ERP certification (NetSuite, SAP, or similar) a plus Experience supporting month-end/year-end close processes a plus
