Hybrid up to 1 Day Onsite Full time Culver City California United States Consulting On Demand Talent About This Role A global media and entertainment leader is undergoing a major, acquisition-driven transformation and is integrating finance systems as part of this effort. The organization is transitioning from SAP to Oracle Cloud ERP and is seeking a Finance Project Manager to lead the Finance workstream. This role will be critical in driving successful execution across planning, testing, data migration, and cutover activities to ensure seamless ERP integration.

Pay Rate Range:

$75/hr-$95/hr What You Will Work On Own and manage the Finance ERP integration project plan, driving timelines, milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies. Lead Finance workstream activities across requirements validation, data migration readiness, and end-to-end testing. Oversee and manage System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles in partnership with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders. Coordinate cutover planning and execution, ensuring business readiness and post-implementation stabilization. Serve as the primary liaison between Finance, Accounting, IT, and external partners, providing clear communication and leadership across cross-functional teams. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status updates, and executive-level reporting in a complex, fast-paced environment. What You Will Bring 8+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting, with 2+ years leading Finance or ERP-related projects. Hands-on experience managing large-scale ERP system integrations or transformations. Strong ERP background with SAP and/or Oracle Cloud ERP experience highly preferred. Proven track record delivering full project lifecycle initiatives—from requirements gathering through testing and cutover. Solid Finance and Accounting fundamentals, with familiarity in data migration processes and testing frameworks. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills, particularly within matrixed and acquisition-driven environments.
