We're not simply looking for someone who can build models and analyze spreadsheets - we're looking for a strategic thinker who happens to work in finance. Someone with 3+ years of experience who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, uncovering meaningful insights from data, and translating complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for the business. This role sits within the FP&A team and supports a key business segment's P&L, with a particular focus on the Club channel (Costco, BJ's, Sam's Club). The position offers broad exposure across the organization, including new product costing, margin analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with teams throughout the company.
Position Summary:
As a Financial Analyst II, you will work with various departments supporting Financial Planning and Analysis activities. This role will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and new item launch support. The position offers a unique opportunity to learn financials as well as provide an opportunity to enhance your analysis knowledge and leadership capabilities. You will quickly contribute to business objectives as an important member of the Finance Team. What you'll do: Oversee business segments P&L's, profitability reporting, key metric development and reporting. Partner with different departments to develop budgets, revise forecasts, and support key metrics. Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis. Work with cross-functional teams on product innovation efforts related to new product costings and margin improvement initiatives What you'll need: Bachelor's degree in finance or Business-related field. 3-5 Years of related work experience; consumer goods or food products mandatory. Ability to leverage information for insightful business judgement utilizing well-developed PC skills Outstanding organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities Ability to leverage information to develop insightful business judgement Initiative - a self-starter with great interpersonal and communication skills.
