Description Robert Half is seeking a Lead SAP Analyst professional to lead the design, enhancement, and support of SAP LE solutions in a complex enterprise environment. This role will partner with business and IT teams to improve logistics processes, drive SAP initiatives, and provide technical leadership across SAP ECC and
S/4 HANA
environments. This is a Direct Hire position that will require a hybrid work schedule in Milwaukee or Appleton. Sponsorship is not available for this role. Key Responsibilities + Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of SAP Logistics Execution solutions, including Inventory Management, Warehouse Management/Stock Room Management, Handling Unit Management, and shipping processes. + Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and improve end-to-end logistics processes. + Support integration across SAP modules including Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP). + Provide technical leadership and mentorship to SAP analysts, promote best practices, and serve as an escalation point for complex issues. + Lead SAP enhancement projects, system improvements, testing efforts, and production support activities. + Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI-assisted tools, improved data quality, and modern integration approaches to improve operational efficiency. + Support EDI and IDoc processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable system performance. + Participate in on-call support and provide HyperCare support during major releases or critical business events.
