Robert Half is seeking a Lead SAP Analyst professional to lead the design, enhancement, and support of SAP LE solutions in a complex enterprise environment. This role will partner with business and IT teams to improve logistics processes, drive SAP initiatives, and provide technical leadership across SAP ECC and
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and improve end-to-end logistics processes.
Support integration across SAP modules including Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP).Provide technical leadership and mentorship to SAP analysts, promote best practices, and serve as an escalation point for complex issues.
Lead SAP enhancement projects, system improvements, testing efforts, and production support activities.
Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI-assisted tools, improved data quality, and modern integration approaches to improve operational efficiency.
Support EDI and IDoc processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable system performance.
Participate in on-call support and provide HyperCare support during major releases or critical business events.
