This role will partner with business and IT teams to optimize quote-to-cash processes, deliver SAP initiatives, and provide technical leadership across SAP ECC and
S/4 HANA
environments. This is a Direct Hire position that will require a hybrid work schedule in Milwaukee or Appleton. Sponsorship is not available for this role. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of SAP Sales & Distribution solutions, including enterprise structure, ATP, pricing, item category determination, output determination, and billing. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and improve sales, customer service, pricing, and order fulfillment processes. Support and enhance quote-to-cash processes, including Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, and Engineer-to-Order scenarios. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to SAP analysts, promote best practices, and serve as an escalation point for complex SAP SD issues. Lead SAP enhancement projects, system improvements, testing efforts, production support, and user acceptance testing activities. Configure and support SAP Variant Configuration (LO-VC) and collaborate on Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) initiatives when applicable. Work closely with cross-functional teams supporting SAP MM, PP, LE, FI/CO, integrations, EDI, and IDoc processes. Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI-assisted tools, improved data quality, and modern integration approaches to improve business processes. Participate in on-call support and provide HyperCare support during major releases or critical business events. Required Qualifications 8+ years of SAP functional experience with at least 5 years focused on SAP Sales & Distribution within SAP ECC 6.0 and/or
SAP S/4 HANA
environments. Deep expertise configuring SAP SD, including complex pricing procedures and quote-to-cash processes. Proven experience with SAP Variant Configuration (LO-VC); experience with Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) is a plus. Experience leading multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective SAP solutions. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. Experience supporting international sales processes, cross-company code transactions, and global SAP environments. Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications, SAP Joule, GitHub Copilot, or other AI-enabled tools. Experience working in complex, multi-site operational environments.
