Consultant responsible for managing end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes with focus on EDIIDoc integrations| ensuring seamless B2B transactions and system reliability across

SAP ECCS4HANA

landscapes. Key Responsibilities Manage and support EDIIDoc interfaces (Order| Delivery| Invoice| ASN).Provide L2L3 support for

SAP SDEDI

processes within SLA.Monitor and resolve IDoc failures| mapping issues| and interface errors.

Support end-to-end OTC flow (Order DeliveryBilling)Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.

Collaborate with

ABAPPICPI

teams for enhancements and fixes.

Configure and support output determination| partner profiles| message types.

Ensure data consistency and integration with external partner systems.

Document functional specs| RCA| and interface flows.
