MBA Students & Recent Graduates - Exciting Analytics Opportunity at 1-800-Flowers.com, Inc.! ???? 1-800-Flowers.com, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated MBA candidate or recent graduate to join our team as an MBA Consultant, Enterprise Analytics & Insights for a 10-week consulting-style engagement supporting high-impact analytics and business initiatives across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with analytics leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze business performance, improve reporting capabilities, and deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making within a fast-paced eCommerce environment. ????

Compensation :

$35-$45/hour ?

Duration :

10-week full-time project engagement What You'll Be Working On Analyze business performance across key KPIs such as Revenue, Conversion, AOV, and ROAS Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and reporting Develop and refine dashboards and reporting tools to improve business visibility Support the transition from manual reporting processes to automated, self-service analytics solutions Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical approaches and actionable insights Provide product and merchandising performance insights to support business decisions Help identify opportunities to improve reporting workflows and operational efficiency Build presentations, executive summaries, and strategic recommendations for leadership Present project findings and recommendations at the conclusion of the engagement Qualifications Currently pursuing an MBA or other postgraduate business degree preferred; recent graduates encouraged to apply Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with business analysis, reporting, consulting projects, or analytics initiatives Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-based environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, or other analytics/reporting tools Exposure to KPI analysis, business intelligence, or data visualization Prior internship, consulting, analytics, or strategy experience Interest in eCommerce, retail analytics, or business performance reporting This role is ideal for MBA students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on consulting and analytics experience while contributing to meaningful business initiatives within a collaborative and innovative environment.
