$50/hr (C2C or 1099) only Green card or US Citizen) Job Description Extensive experience supporting the Oracle EBS Suite, including Oracle Financials, Procurement, and Warehousing modules. Provide functional and technical support for Oracle EBS applications and business processes. Lead and coordinate functional and technical teams involved in Oracle EBS enhancements, implementations, and support activities. Manage project assignments and ensure timely completion of project deliverables. Analyze business requirements, identify issues, and deliver effective solutions aligned with organizational goals. 3+ years of progressive experience in Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, and support projects. Hands-on experience in analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Oracle EBS applications. Manage projects through the complete lifecycle, ensuring scope, schedule, and resource objectives are achieved. Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite Upgrade Methodology and project management practices. Experience with full implementation lifecycle, support, and upgrade projects across Oracle SCM and Finance modules, including: Inventory (INV) Purchasing (PO) Shipping Execution Order Management (OM) iSupplier iProcurement Sourcing Accounts Payable (AP) General Ledger (GL) Fixed Assets (FA) Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), General Ledger, and Inventory Management processes. Validate SCM and Finance business processes and provide solutions for user issues and system challenges. Experience with defect lifecycle management, root cause analysis, issue resolution, testing, and retesting. Experience in data migration, data integration, and system conversions. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues. Collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain project plans and milestones. Experience with Oracle Forms customization and personalization.
