Webcam & In Person We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant to lead payroll transformation initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong Oracle Payroll Functional Lead with deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, taxation, payroll processing, testing, and integrations. ????
Must Have Skills:
???? 7+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll experience ???? Expertise in Payroll cloud Tax update activities and payroll testing after each tax update ???? Strong experience driving and executing Payroll parallel testing ???? Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll processing and payroll issue troubleshooting ???? Hands-on experience with Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence Management ???? Strong understanding of North American Payroll and US tax regulations ???? Experience with Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, HDL, BI Publisher & OTBI Reporting ???? Experience with Payroll integrations and payroll data conversions ???? Ability to configure and troubleshoot payroll taxation issues ???? Experience leading Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations in Functional Lead capacity
