Hands on experience implementing and supporting Splash BI in an enterprise environment . Strong understanding of Splash BI data models, cubes, and reporting structures . Ability to optimize Splash BI performance for large Finance datasets. Experience supporting Finance stakeholders Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) - Finance. Deep experience with Oracle EBS Finance modules, such as: o GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management . Strong understanding of EBS table structures and data relationships . Ability to extract, transform, and reconcile EBS financial data for BI/reporting use cases . Experience working with EBS customizations and extensions Data & Integration Skills. Advanced SQL skills (complex joins, performance tuning, reconciliation queries) . Experience building data feeds from Oracle EBS into BI platforms .

Familiarity with:

o File based integrations (SFTP, scheduled extracts) o Data transformation and validation . Understanding of financial data controls and audit requirements Proven ability to ramp up quickly in complex environments. Comfortable working with partial context and imperfect documentation. Clear and concise communicator with technical and non technical audiences. Experience working with global and distributed teams.
