Requirement/Must Have:
Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM/Hyperion Planning tools. Experience with data integration tools (e.g., FDMEE, Data Management). Proficiency in SQL and database querying. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with financial reporting and tax compliance processes. Understanding of EPM data integration and governance. Experience with Smart View and EPM Automate.
Responsibilities:
Implementing and configuring ARCS applications. Developing custom reports and dashboards. Creating and managing reconciliation rules and processes. Ensuring data governance and integrity within ARCS. Troubleshooting and resolving issues within the ARCS environment. Training end-users on ARCS functionalities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams. Staying up-to-date with ARCS best practices and new features. Leading or participating in the implementation of FCCS, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, and testing. Managing the financial close process, including data loading, calculations, and reporting. Maintaining dimensions, hierarchies, and mappings within FCCS. Integrating FCCS with other systems like EDMCS, ERPs, and reporting tools. Providing post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, system enhancements, and user training. Developing and maintaining business rules within FCCS. Creating and maintaining reports using Financial Reporting Studio or other reporting tools.
