  • to configure, enhance, and maintain Oracle's Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) suite to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. This position will be a

    • What You'll Do
    • + Lead full lifecycle implementations including solution design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment within the Oracle EPM platform + Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and define system enhancements + Document current state processes and design future state workflows aligned with industry best practices + Translate business and financial requirements into functional and technical specifications + Participate in governance activities such as EPM steering committee meetings to communicate system updates, patches, and impacts + Develop business rules, calculation scripts (Essbase/Groovy), webforms, and dashboards to support financial and operational needs + Configure and manage data integrations, including data loads and transformations using tools such as FDMEE, Data Management, and EPM Automate + Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to end users + Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support, including troubleshooting and incident resolution + Analyze recurring system issues to identify root causes and recommend long-term solutions + Monitor scheduled jobs, data loads, workflows, and financial close processes to ensure system stability + Support patching, upgrades, and regression testing to ensure continued system performance and reliability •What You'll Need•
    Required:
    + Experience implementing and supporting Oracle EPM solutions, particularly Planning (EPBCS/PBCS) + Strong experience with reporting tools such as Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, Narrative Reporting, OTBI, or Power BI + Hands-on experience with Essbase (ASO/BSO), Groovy scripting, SQL/PL-SQL, Python, and EPM Automate + Experience configuring data integrations using FDMEE or Data Management + Experience translating complex financial and operational requirements into technical solutions + Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Finance and IT + Experience providing production support and troubleshooting complex systems
    Preferred:
    + Experience managing security and system administration, including user roles, Identity Domain (IDCS), and migration (LCM) + Experience supporting financial close processes and enterprise reporting environments + Experience working in enterprise-scale EPM implementations

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
