Oracle Fusion CRM Consultant at Expeed Software Oracle Fusion CRM Consultant at Expeed Software in Columbus, Ohio Posted in 1 day ago.
Type:
full-time
Job Description:
Oracle Fusion CRM Consultant - Discovery & Implementation Support Engagement type: Contract /
Part-time Commitment:
Up to ~20 hours per week (ceiling, not a guaranteed minimum)
Duration:
~2 months, with potential to extend into implementation Start date: Mid-July 2025
Location:
Remote (with availability for customer-facing discovery sessions) About the Engagement We are migrating a custom-built, home-grown CRM onto Oracle Fusion CRM (Oracle CX Sales / Fusion Customer Experience) . We are looking for an experienced consultant to lead the discovery phase of this project - working directly with the customer to understand their current processes, map them to Oracle Fusion CRM capabilities, and define a realistic, well-scoped path forward. The ideal candidate will stay on to support the subsequent implementation. This is a part-time engagement (approximately 2 months) with strong potential to continue into the build and rollout phases. What You'll Do Lead and facilitate discovery sessions with the customer's business and technical stakeholders to capture current-state CRM processes, data, and integrations. Translate the customer's existing home-grown CRM functionality into Oracle Fusion CRM equivalents, clearly identifying where the platform fits natively, where configuration is required, and where gaps or limitations exist. Document requirements, process flows, data models, and a recommended target-state design. Advise on migration approach, including data mapping considerations from the legacy system into Oracle Fusion. Surface risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early, and help the team make informed scoping decisions. Produce clear deliverables (findings, recommendations, and a proposed implementation roadmap) suitable for both business and technical audiences. Provide hands-on functional and technical guidance into the implementation phase if the engagement extends. Required Skills & Experience Demonstrated hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion CRM / Oracle CX Sales , including a solid understanding of both its capabilities and its practical limitations. Proven ability to lead client-facing discovery and requirements-gathering sessions - comfortable driving conversations with stakeholders at multiple levels.
Combined functional and technical understanding:
able to discuss business processes with users and configuration, data, and integration details with technical teams. Experience with CRM migrations, ideally moving off a custom or legacy system onto a packaged platform. Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to make complex platform trade-offs clear to non-technical stakeholders. Nice to Have Prior experience migrating a custom/home-grown CRM specifically into Oracle Fusion. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion data migration tools, REST/SOAP integrations, and reporting (e.g., OTBI). Experience defining implementation roadmaps and estimating effort. Availability to continue into the implementation phase beyond discovery.
Engagement Details Commitment:
Part-time, up to approximately 20 hours per week. This is a ceiling rather than a fixed or guaranteed weekly minimum - hours will be weighted toward the discovery sessions early in the engagement and flexed around customer availability.
Term:
Approximately 2 months for discovery, with the expectation that the right candidate continues into implementation.
Start:
Mid-July 2026. Ideal candidate is in USA available during 9AM to 5PM of Eastern Standard Time. How to Apply Please send your resume/CV to jobs-us@expeed.com , along with a short summary of relevant Oracle Fusion CRM engagements - particularly any discovery-led or migration projects - and your availability for a part-time contract beginning mid-July.
