Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant Location:
Ashburn, VA (Hybrid) 1-2 days a week Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to support implementation, enhancement, integration, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion HCM applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise along with hands-on technical experience in Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle Fusion HCM modules Configure and support Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Recruiting modules Develop and support integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP
APIs, HDL, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas Create BI Publisher and OTBI reports Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders Prepare functional and technical documentation Support testing, deployment, and release activities Required Skills Strong Oracle Fusion HCM techno-functional experience Expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting Experience with Fast Formulas, HDL, HCM Extracts, and OIC integrations Hands-on experience with BI Publisher and OTBI reporting Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and security Excellent communication and client-facing skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience Experience working in Agile environments preferred Oracle Fusion certifications are a plus Compensation:
70/hr - 75/hr on w2, 80-85/hr on c2c. This is the targeted compensation range for this role. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.
