You Are:
Client is searching for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Analyst to support Oracle Fusion Supply Chain production systems, focusing on issue triage, resolution, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement.
The opportunity:
Provide Business Operations support across Oracle SCM modules; analyze and resolve incidents within SLA Perform issue triage, identify impacted areas, and engage cross-functional teams Lead war rooms with IT, Business and External Partners, triage calls, and stakeholder communications Conduct RCA discussions and track corrective/preventive actions Execute tasks per SOPs; enhance documentation, knowledge base, and process efficiency What you need:
